This titanium flat-back labret features a tiny marquise CZ accent. Its elongated shape gives your piercing lineup an alternative to the familiar round stone.

What makes it a labret? This is a straight-post jewelry style with a flat disc backing and a front attachment. The disc sits behind the piercing rather than using a butterfly earring back. The listed backing diameter is 0.118 in (3 mm).

Internally threaded design: The front attachment screws into threading inside the post, rather than leaving an external screw thread on the post shaft.

Gauge and fit: The post thickness is 0.047 in (1.2 mm)(16G). Choose the post length separately from the decorative front size; they are different measurements.

Piercing placements: helix (outer ear cartilage); tragus (the small cartilage flap in front of the ear canal). Fit is not one-size-fits-all. A professional piercer should confirm the gauge, post length, backing clearance, and suitability for your anatomy.

Placement note: A standard labret piercing is positioned below the lower lip, with the backing inside the mouth. A vertical labret follows a different path through the lower lip; do not assume this straight, flat-back style is suitable for a vertical labret.

Labret Ring Bar Length: 0.315 in (8 mm)

Labret Ring Base Size: 0.118 in (3 mm)

Plating: Gold PVD Coating

Process: Mirror polished

Setting: Prong Setting Cubic Zirconia

Style: Neo-Gothic

Thickness: 0.047 in (1.2 mm)(16G)

Thread: Internally Thread

Waterdrop Stone Size: 3*0.157 in (4 mm)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0739/4243/3931/files/Uab31eb9e19ea4b8bb46c2294343c57928.webp?v=1793645135
